How does the give back Swey products program work?

When you have no more use for your clothing, we ask that you mail it back to us. Based on the item’s condition, we will determine if the item can be re-sold, upcycled or recycled. Store credit will be given, amount will be determined after we receive and inspect each item. 

For now, this program is only for Swey clothing products, and does not include our home goods, jewelry or toys.

How many plants will be planted with each order?

One plant for every item purchased to offset the carbon footprint.

How do we give back?

Swey is part of 1% for the planet, one tree planted and planet. Therefore, we contribute one percent of our annual revenue to environmental causes to protect the planet. For each item purchased, one tree is planted to offset the carbon footprint. We offer carbon neutral shipping on all orders. Planet supports some of the most promising climate projects on Earth.

What is your return policy?

Summer sale: All sales are final.

Domestic returns (purchases made within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska): We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sweydesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All other locations: Sales are final.
